- Support during the visa application process
- Accommodation and reception support
3. Application Process and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to the following:
- You declare that all information and documents submitted during the application process are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete or misleading information.
- You are obligated to submit all requested documents on time.
- The final decisions of the university, visa, or residence authorities are outside the responsibility of Ülker Consulting.
Ulker Consulting’s Responsibilities
- Services are provided professionally and attentively.
- Regular updates on the process are provided.
- Application documents are submitted completely and on time to the relevant institutions.
4. Fees and Payment
- Service fees will be communicated separately during the consultation meeting.
- Payment terms and refund policy are also regulated in the service agreement.
- Deposit and registration payments to universities are made directly to the relevant university; these payments do not pass through Ülker Consulting.
- No refunds will be given in cases beyond Ülker Consulting’s control, such as visa refusal, missing documents due to the student’s own fault, or the university’s decision.
5. Admission and Visa Disclaimer
While Ülker Consulting aims for the highest acceptance rates in applications to partner universities:
- University acceptance, visa approval, or residence permit results cannot be guaranteed.
- These decisions are made by the relevant universities and official authorities, and Ülker Consulting has no direct influence.
- No compensation can be claimed from Ülker Consulting due to negative outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs, graphics, etc.) belongs to Ülker Consulting and is protected under copyright law.
- Content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Citations must be made to indicate the source.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain external links to partner universities or other institutions. Ülker Consulting cannot be held responsible for the content and privacy policies of these sites. We recommend that you visit external sites at your own risk.
8. Suspension of Services
The service may be unilaterally suspended or terminated in the following cases:
- The user providing false or misleading information
- Non-payment of the service fee
- The user acting contrary to these terms and conditions
- Force majeure events (natural disaster, epidemic, legal regulation, etc.)
9. Limitation of Liability
Ülker Consulting cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (visa refusal, missed registration deadlines, third-party decisions, etc.) that may arise during the provision of its services. Ülker Consulting’s maximum liability is limited to the consulting fee collected from the user.
10. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is regulated within the scope of the Privacy Policy separately published on our website. It should be considered in conjunction with these Terms of Use.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are subject to the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
